Matias joined 32zero in 2022, progressing from a successful and well experienced Retail Project Manager career, becoming a prominent figure withing the business and shopfitting industry, leading and mentoring a team of 10+ staff. In his time at 32zero, Matias has played a pivotal role in continually pushing to grow and improve our client portfolio, and ongoing development of client satisfaction. Starting his career as an onsite tradesmen within the shopfitting and construction industry, Braddon joined the team at 32zero as Construction Director in 2022 where he brought his skills and knowledge from years in the industry. He has been involved with the company's largest projects and has been instrumental in their success, proving that his attention to detail and experience allows him to diverge into various types of projects and lead the team with the upmost standard and professionalism.
